Gardiner, Montana, 2002: Setting a new standard in sustainable architecture, this project was the first LEED certified development in Montana, showcasing a commitment to green building strategies that prioritize both environmental responsibility and occupant comfort. Designed as employee housing, this innovative project incorporates a range of environmental systems and strategies, including passive solar heating, photovoltaic electrical generation panels, ICF walls with SIP roof panels, low water usage plumbing fixtures, and native vegetation with zero irrigation.
