Located in the heart of downtown Bozeman, the Bozeman Historic Revival project is a powerful testament to our dedication to preserving the past while forging a path into the future. In 2024, we embarked on this ambitious journey, meticulously renovating and restoring 22,000 square feet across three iconic buildings. Our efforts included implementing historically accurate window replacements and a Main Street facade restoration, ensuring that the soul of Bozeman’s architecture was preserved.
To seamlessly blend the old with the new, we incorporated a modern elevator system and undertook a major retail store restoration, creating a harmonious balance between historical authenticity and contemporary innovation. Additionally, we introduced new second-level outdoor gathering spaces—a sanctuary in the city that fosters communal spirit and connectivity.
This project embodies our commitment to sustainability and heritage, providing a modern, innovative environment where the XYPN Tech Company can thrive.
